You may return your Version 1 AccessPORT (functioning or not) and receive a $200 credit good towards the purchase of any Version 2 AccessPORT. The AccessPORT Trade-In Program will continue to remain in effect after October 1st, 2009.  If your Version 1 AccessPORT fails for any reason after the October 1st, 2009 cut-off, you can still take advantage of the COBB Tuning AccessPORT Trade-In Program.
